Shipping & Returns
All items shipped domestically are sent via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges may vary depending on weight, package size, and/or multiple item orders.
If you are interested in purchasing a lightweight item (such as a postcard, patch, certificate, etc.) that can be shipped via First Class Mail, we are happy to do so. Simply contact us by phone or email for a quote.
All orders are shipped out Monday through Friday (holidays excluded), usually one to two business days after the order has been placed. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive. For more information, please click here.
We have partnered with Bongo International, a subsidiary of FedEx, to service our international customers.
Once you have added item(s) to your shopping cart, click on the "Outside The U.S.?" button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as, if available, duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
Please note: Special offers such as free shipping, sale discounts and free gifts are not available for our international customers at this time.
Due to a high incidence of fraud and abuse relating to orders using parcel forwarding companies, we reserve the right to cancel any order that ships to a parcel forwarding company. We encourage our international customers to check out using Bongo via the directions above.
30 Day Returns
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date on which you receive it.
Holiday return policy: We offer an extended return policy on gifts purchased between November 1 and December 15. Any item purchased online during that time period can be returned by January 15 of the following year. Item(s) must be in original package and in saleable condition.
All items are packaged with the utmost care, however in the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us either at email@example.com or via our toll free number at 1-888-485-1941 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Hawaii time.
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please mail item, a copy of the receipt, and a note stating the desired size and/or color to:

In the event of merchandise being returned, item/items must be in original package and in saleable condition. If credit card was used in purchase, the dollar amount will be refunded back to the purchaser's credit card.
Unfortunately, original shipping fees cannot be refunded.
