All items are packaged with the utmost care, however in the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us either at mailorder@pacifichistoricparks.org or via our toll free number at 1-888-485-1941 Monday through Friday from 8am - 3:00pm Hawaii time.

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please mail item, a copy of the receipt, and a note stating the desired size and/or color to:

In the event of merchandise being returned, item/items must be in original package and in saleable condition. If credit card was used in purchase, the dollar amount will be refunded back to the purchaser's credit card.

Unfortunately, original shipping fees cannot be refunded.
