FAQ

Do you ship to international destinations?

Yes, we now ship to over 200 countries. We have partnered with Bongo International, a subsidiary of FedEx, to service our international customers.

Once you have added item(s) to your shopping cart, click on the "Outside The U.S.?" button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as, if available, duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Please note: Special offers such as free shipping, sale discounts and free gifts are not available for our international customers at this time.

Why is my member discount not being deducted?

To receive your 15% off membership discount, please use the coupon code member15 during checkout. The discount does not apply to the purchase of new memberships, and your membership status will be verified after the order is received. Do you sell a DVD of the movie that plays during the tour of the USS Arizona Memorial?

No, the movie that plays in the theater during the tour was made exclusively for the USS Arizona Memorial; however our best-selling DVD that includes actual footage from December 7th, overviews of our exhibits at the USS Arizona Memorial, survivor interviews, etc., may be found here.

I have my own flag for my retirement, who would I need to speak with to get it flown over the USS Arizona Memorial?

Our mail order department only flies flags that are purchased through our bookstore at the time of request. In order to have your own United States of America (50 star) flag flown over the USS Arizona Memorial please contact the USS Arizona Memorial Boat Crew Detachment, which handles all retirement flag requests, at (808) 472-7149.

Do you have flags flown for every day of the year?

No, our flag inventory only consists of flags that were flown on special occasions such as Memorial Day, 4th of July, and December 7th. We also fly flags by special request on a specific date. We ask that you please order a special flown flag two weeks in advance of that date.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we do ship to our military service men and women at their APO/FPO addresses.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. We also accept PayPal. For flag orders, we offer a mail order form for those individuals interested in paying with a check or money order.

When will I receive my order?

Our ecommerce department is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time and is closed on weekends and holidays. Orders are processed at our Hawaii corporate office during business hours, typically either on the same business day when the order is placed or on the following business day. The time between when the order is initially processed until it is shipped out is approximately 1-2 business days. Once the order ships, transit time for U.S. Priority Mail is generally around three days (not guaranteed), and FedEx is two days (guaranteed). Overnight delivery is not possible to most destinations.

If your order needs to be delivered by a certain date and is meant to coincide with a special occasion, please notify us by sending an email to mailorder@pacifichistoricparks.org. We will do our best to meet your deadline.

Certain items are only available at our Guam, Saipan or Kalaupapa stores. In the event that an order contains an item available only at one of these locations, the item will be shipped from that location and may take a little longer to receive. Due to their remoteness, our Saipan and Kalaupapa locations can only ship via U.S. Priority Mail.

In certain circumstances, an item will be out of stock and then will become a backorder. If this happens, we will ship the item once it becomes available and will notify you by phone or email.

If you are pre-ordering a flag, it can take 2-4 weeks after the requested date for the flag to be received, processed and shipped.
