The USS
Arizona Memorial was dedicated on Memorial Day 1962. It is built over the remains of the sunken battleship USS
Arizona, the final resting place for many of the 1,177 crewmen killed on December 7, 1941.
This commemorative color enamel keychain bears the image of the USS Arizona Memorial over the US flag. Inside circle spins within ship's wheel. Top of keychain reads "USS Arizona Memorial" and bottom reads "Pearl Harbor, Hawai'i". Along red stripe in flag appear the words "Dec 7, 1941".
Keychain measures approximately 5" long, wheel is 2 1/4" in diameter.
